FDS assisted BSkyB with the re-launch of Sky+. Our role was to profile, recruit and train a team of 300 technical savvy personnel to demonstrate Sky+ in Dixons, Currys and Comet stores over 8 key weekends.
The task was to de-mystify the product in customers’ minds and assist the store staff in promoting the features and benefits, resulting in an overall sales increase of 100%.
