FDS manages POS placement, merchandising & compliance on behalf of Kimberly Clark within selected store groups. We ensure display units & materials are placed in high footfall and hot spot locations, replenishing products and making sure promotions are fully supported at the point of purchase.

We are also able to focus on specific promotions. One such activity involved the siting of FSDUs for a promotion on Andrex Moist Tubs, resulting in a 29% sales uplift.
