To support essential beer sales during the Christmas trading period, a team of over 300 FDS staff was employed to ensure stock availability for consumers and provide visibility for our client’s brands.
The team moved product from the stock room onto shelves, built additional floor displays, ensured product pricing was visible and worked with stores to maintain in store stock levels.
Furthermore, a pallet or more of stock was sited in 8% of visits.
