The activity objective was to increase Sendo handset sales; establishing the UK mobile phone manufacturer as a leading service and sales support provider to the specialist retail channel.

Techno-savvy; enthusiastic and credible, the team of Regional Sales Executives built relationships with retailers at store, regional and head office level through a flexible programme of training, e-learning, incentives and sales support.


The team motto ‘the last three metres’ reflected the focus placed on ensuring Sendo products were visible and actively promoted to customers at point of purchase.

Over 1,500 retail staff were trained, resulting in a substantial uplift in Sendo sales
